Managing Millennials

Lazy. Narcissistic. Spoilt. Entitled. These are common words we see people labelling individuals who were born between the 80s and late 90s. Stereotypes like this can be incredibly misleading especially considering the diversity of the generation.

It has been approximated that by the year 2025, 75% of the world’s working population will be millennials (born between 1980 and 2000). It is evident that the motivations for millennials are going to be incredibly different from previous generations.
