Failure. We’ve all experienced it, but how is it some continue to remain motivated despite extraordinary moments of failure ?

I regularly found myself getting excited about starting a new project and plan. However a few days and weeks later that feeling begins to tail off and I start to procrastinate. I could not understand why this kept on happening. I often mention my first experience working full time as graduate in the world of brokering. Due to the very nature of the job I found myself learning a lot about how I best perform. Dedicating time on my personal development I realised I must conquer how to motivate myself.
